Hi! I’m Elisabeth, and this is my website for my practice, Kelly Therapy.

I’m so glad you found your way here. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your relationship, or your family, this is a space where you are seen, heard, and valued. You don’t have to face this alone anymore - I am honored to walk this journey alongside you.

My approach

If my “no bullshit therapy” mantra resonates with you, I get it. I don’t like to tiptoe around my clients because honesty is so important to foster therapeutic growth. I'm a real person, not some robotic "expert" rambling therapy jargon! We will joke, laugh, cry, curse, be curious about the patterns you see happening in your life, and come up with a plan about how to break them.

Let me be a resource to you in whatever role you need. One day I might be a detective, the next day an educator, another day simply a listening ear.

I take a casual, down to earth approach to therapy. As a lover of learning, you’ll find me sharing a bit of the science and theory behind relationships and behavior. You are the expert on yourself. I’ll bring my training, background, and experience to the table, but therapy is a collaboration.

In our no-bullshit-therapy, you can bet your ass I’m going to (compassionately) hold you accountable for putting in the work. Expect no less.

(Just imagine this is a picture of me waving at you, instead of me awkwardly waving at myself…)

A young woman with blonde hair in a ponytail, wearing a beige knit sweater and pearls, is writing on a green chalkboard with white chalk. The board has the words 'GROW through what you go through' written on it, along with decorative drawings.

I still have my childhood chalkboard, and you can bet I’ll be decorating it no matter how old I am :)
